Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Meatballs with Onions
1 Garden Blend veggies
Additional Ingredients
2 cups Beef broth
1 Roma tomato, chopped
1 handful Fresh spinach/kale mix
1 tsp Italian spice blend
1 cup Zucchini noodles (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat Meatballs with Onions and Garden Blend in the microwave until warmed through.
- In a large soup bowl, add broth, chopped tomato, italian seasoning, salt, Meatballs, and Garden Blend. Microwave together until hot.
- Stir in spinach/kale mix and top with zucchini noodles.
