Do I need to buy groceries besides what’s in my box?

You’ll probably want to stock up on some zero-calorie beverages as well as low-carb sauces, dressings, seasonings, and spices to add variety to your meals.

You can have any dressing or sauce that has less than 2 grams of sugar per serving, so check the label to determine if it meets our guidelines.
