Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
2 Bags of Green Zucchini
Additional Ingredients:
1 Celery stalk, chopped
1-2 Green onions, finely chopped
1 Small can sliced mushrooms
1-2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Combine zucchini, celery, green onion, and mushrooms in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
- Heat in microwave on high until veggies are steamed and tender, about 4-6 minutes.
- Once heated, remove plastic and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese. Stir to mix cheese into veggies and enjoy!

Amanda has two children under 4, works full time, and is engaged to be married. After having her second child, she constantly struggled getting any weight off and her weight crept up to 197 pounds. Before becoming a part of the Personal Trainer Food weight loss team, Amanda was selected and completed the Altered! competition.
