A light Italian-style salad that is great for a snack or an appetizer!
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Mozzarella String Cheese Stick
Additional Ingredients
1 small Tomato
Fresh basil leaves
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Optional: 1 – 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
- Cut the Mozzarella String Cheese and tomato into small rounds. Layer them on a small plate.
- Thinly slice basil leaves and sprinkle on top.
- Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the salad and salt and pepper to taste.
