Take your tastebuds on a vacation with this Mediterranean treat!
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 bag of Lima Beans
Additional Ingredients:
1 tomato, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp onions
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp crushed red pepper, adjust to taste
Optional: feta cheese and sliced olives
Instructions:
- Heat Lima Beans in the microwave.
- Combine olive oil, onions, garlic, oregano, cinnamon and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Add Lima Beans and stir until evenly coated.
- Top with diced tomato along with feta cheese and sliced olives.
