Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
Meatballs with Onions
Mozzarella Cheese
Additional Ingredients:
Enchilada seasoning to taste
2-3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoons sliced jalapenos
Instructions:
- Heat the Meatballs with Onions in the microwave.
- Once heated, place in a bowl and add enchilada seasoning to taste. Slowly stir in the water until it is at a consistency you prefer.
- Top with cheese. Heat in the microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
- Top with jalapenos and enjoy!
