Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Bag Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sticks
Additional Ingredients:
1-3 Romaine lettuce
1 Celery stalk
Buffalo sauce
Bleu cheese dressing and/or cheese crumbles
Instructions:
- Heat the Buffalo Chicken Sticks in the microwave.
- Place a Buffalo stick and celery stalk on the romaine leaf.
- Top with buffalo sauce and your choice of blue cheese dressing or crumbles.
