1 Grilled Chicken Breast
1 Ounce of Almonds, chopped
Additional Ingredients:
1 Apple, cubed
Pre-chopped Celery
Cinnamon
Mayonnaise
Lemon Juice
Lettuce
Instructions:
- Put the apple, pre-chopped celery, and chopped almonds together in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, cinnamon, and sliced chicken breast to the bowl. Stir the ingredients together, and scoop a spoonful onto a bed of Lettuce.
