Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 or 2 Veggie Blends of Your Choice
Additional Ingredients
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
1 – 2 tsp Ranch mix, to taste
1/2 tsp Minced garlic
Instructions:
- Heat vegetables in the microwave.
- While veggies are heating, combine mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, ranch mix, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Add heated veggies to bowl (or allow to cool if you prefer) and stir until evenly coated.
