Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
Your favorite chicken breast selection
Additional Ingredients:
2 strips of bacon (cooked)
2-3 tomato slices
Shredded lettuce
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise, adjust to taste
Instructions:
- Heat your chicken breast selection in the microwave, then remove from steamer bag and place on a plate.
- Butterfly the chicken breast by slicing along the thin edge.
- Stuff the butterflied chicken breast with mayonnaise, bacon, lettuce and tomato.
