Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Bag of Cauliflower Florets
Additional Ingredients:
Buffalo sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
3-6 Large lettuce leaves
Instructions:
- Heat Cauliflower in the microwave, just until warmed through. Once warm, place in a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until completely coated.
*For a more robust flavor, the cauliflower may be marinated in the buffalo sauce. - Place lettuce leaves on a large plate and fill with cauliflower. The leaves can be doubled up to make sturdier wraps.
- Salt and pepper to taste; wrap up and enjoy!
