Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Bag of Brussels Sprouts (4-5 ounces)
Additional Ingredients
1-2 tbsp Whole grain mustard
1-2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Parmesan Cheese, as desired
Bacon Bits, as desired
Optional: 2 tbsp coarsely chopped Almonds
Instructions:
- Heat Brussels Sprouts in the microwave.
- In a large bowl mix Brussels Sprouts with mustard, apple cider vinegar and bacon bits.
- Top with parmesan cheese and chopped almonds.
