This beautiful emerald-green salad tastes divine—and is SO healthy for you!
Personal Trainer Food Ingredients:
1 Bag of Broccoli
1 Bag of Roasted Almonds (you’ll just need a handful)
Additional Ingredients:
Full-fat mayonnaise
Bacon bits
Red Onion
Instructions:
- Heat broccoli in the microwave. Once heated, place broccoli in a bowl.
- Slice desired amount of red onion and almonds.
- Place sliced onion and almonds in the bowl with broccoli. Add mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste; mix until until evenly distributed in bowl.
