Are you getting ready for the Super Bowl? We are too! We’ve got some great recipes below that will keep you in the fat-burning zone for the Super Bowl –or any party!
But first, you just have to meet Victoria!
She is a freelance sportscaster (and a foodie). And that means she spends her days surrounded by stadium foods and tail-gate temptations.
To her dismay, all those snacks and munchies added up. Victoria realized that she needed to lose weight for her upcoming wedding day.
So she signed up for our Altered reality series and even let us take a before picture in a bikini.
Here are some of the recipes she used to burn fat at her Super Bowl parties… Remember, meats are unlimited, so enjoy! Be sure to bookmark this page for reference!

First off I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself
and clear your head before writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first
10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any
suggestions or tips? Kudos!

Well Scott, first I clear my head by standing on it for at least 15 minutes until all the blood drains out of my toes. That way I know for sure I have as much blood as possible in my empty space. Then I run over to the keyboard and clack out my best thoughts. Delete. Clackity clack. Delete. Clackaclacka… You know, thoughts like these. (;
