Weight Loss Coach, Personal Trainer Food
We say that you can lose 10-20 pounds in 2 weeks. But is this just an empty marketing claim or can you really get those results for yourself?
This is exactly why the team here at Personal Trainer Food is doing the Walk the Walk Challenge.
We come from all walks of life. Some want to lose a lot, some only a little, and everyone has a different body type (that’s what makes all of us beautiful, right?). Mothers, fathers, athletes, desk jobs, warehouse jobs, hectic professional lifestyles…you name it, we are just like you.
We’re doing this to show you what we’ve known for a long time… Personal Trainer Food works.
How are we doing so far? Last week was the end of week one, and our team lost a total of 75.8 pounds. We’re off to a great start!
Some of us want to take the slow and steady route (there is nothing wrong with that!) –and some of us are keen to get results up-front.
Those of us who want fast results are set on showing that you CAN lose 10 to 20 pounds in 2 weeks with Personal Trainer Food. We’ll show you how to do this in just a moment, but first, let’s answer your questions…
“But isn’t it impossible to lose that much weight in such a short time?”
When I first started working here, I thought exactly the same thing! But customers routinely told me that they lost 10-20 pounds in two weeks. Still skeptical, I dug a little deeper and learned that Mike Starks, Personal Trainer Food CEO, has run several studies. From his results, Mike figured out what works and what doesn’t. His participants were normal people: teachers, nurses, families, men, and even diabetics. When the subjects followed his exact steps, they were able to lose weight. Easily.
“Isn’t it unhealthy to lose that much weight at a time?”
If you were to starve yourself and/or over-exercise then the answer is YES. You would be losing valuable muscle mass, stressing your body out and killing your metabolism. But as long as you are nourishing your body with high quality, nutrient dense foods, real protein and healthy fats, your body will not go into starvation mode. (Besides, any extra weight has roughly the same association with chronic health conditions as does twenty years’ aging(1) so it makes sense to get started towards your goals as quickly as possible.)
“I’ve heard that is unsustainable weight loss. What gives?”
Being well-versed in the “2 pounds a week” mantra for weight loss, I had a hard time believing it is possible to lose 5-10 pounds a week too. And yet, customers who call in to rave about their success at week two would continue to tell me about their success week after week. How could this be? As we talked about above, you don’t kill your metabolism with Personal Trainer Food. If you take a look at Mike’s steps to lose 10-20 pounds in two weeks below, you can see exactly how to make your fat loss sustainable.
“Is this just another marketing ploy –or can you prove it?”
Most weight loss companies would NEVER eat their own diet foods, take their own “medicine” or follow through on their ridiculous recommendations. (We know because we asked them to join us in this challenge and none of them have replied.) We aren’t going to tell you how to lose weight; we are going to show you how we do it. We aren’t just talking the talk. We are Walking the Walk!
There are 5 people I know taking the Walk the Walk Challenge and fast-tracking their fat loss by following Mike’s steps. Three males and three females. I am one of them. Can we do it? Can I do it? You will want to tune in next week to see our results!
“How Can I Lose 10-20 in Two Weeks?”
You can do it with us too! You can use our “WalktheWalk” code to save $75 off your purchase of any of our 5 meal programs. Here are Mike’s six steps for you to follow along:
In case you can’t watch the video, here’s a quick rundown of the steps. As with anything Mike does, they are simple, easy and effective:
- Do a clear liquid fast for 24-48 hours.
- Walk 2 miles or 2,000 steps a day.
- Replace the wrong foods with the right foods.
- Throw away your scale.
- Avoid the noise of experts and the media.
- Keep it simple; stick to daily routines of eating the right foods.
Imagine a world where weight loss and a healthy body is a source of confidence and not anxiety. That is how we think at Personal Trainer Food. The weight loss industry has done a good job of confusing us about the simplest of things but our team has your back; we are here to help you!
If you want to know more about losing weight (slow and steady or as rapidly as possible), call us today at 1-800-273-1686.
*As with any weight loss claim, we have to say that your mileage may vary,–but these are the most effective steps I know to lose weight as quickly as possible. Assuming you follow them exactly and lose less than 10 pounds in two weeks, you have still made progress! That’s how your body works, and it’s all good! Where would you be if you didn’t give it a shot? Good things are happening that the scale can’t see, so stick with it!

what would you suggest if a person has a very bad left knee, as far as walking goes? I have tried my treadmill and then can’t walk the next day. Any suggestions?

Has your doctor given you a list of exercises you can do? Anything that has you moving and gets your heart rate up a little is perfect. Swimming? Stationary cycling? A yoga class? Chair yoga? Light resistance training? Rowing? Exercise needn’t be over the top to be effective!
